HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2230RtOOLUTION NO. 2230 WITH/AWN CtRTAIN FREW= allairiD TO THE CITY CF LODI FROM TIM WOODBRIDGE RURAL COUNTY FIR PROThCTION DISTRICT this City Council did by Ordinance No. 638, effective April 17, ]., approve the annexation of that certain real property, contiguous to the City of Lodi, designated as Coe Addition, and W a1IAB; there is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Lodi the Certificate of the Secretary of State of the State of California, executed by said Secretary of State on April 20, 1959, referring to said Ordinance ND. 638, and the annexation of the real property described therein, and kiniOaaas It is the desire of this City Council that said property designated as Coe Addition be withdrawn from the Woodbridge Rural County Fire Protection District, now therefore, Bh IT R $OLV ;D 3Y TA. CITY COUNCIL CF T}I CITY CF LODI AS FOLLOW That that certain real property, designated as Coe Alddition, and particularly described as follows, to wit: A portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 36, Township North, Range 6 hast, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, San Joaquin County, and being more particularly described as follows Commencing at an axle marking the Southwest corner of said quarter section as indioat'ed on a Map of Survey filed for record April 2, 1951, in Volume 8, page 155, Record of Surveys, San Joaquin County Records; thence North 89° 57' hast along the South line of said quarter section which line is also the center line of Turner Road; 577.2 feet to a point; thence North 10 23' West, 30 feet to a point on the north line of Turner -Road which point is the true point of beginning; thence North 1.° 231 West along a line, also a boundary line of the City of Lodi, construed as the East line of that certain 3.23 acre parcel filed for record March 31, 1953 in Volume 1508 of Official Records, page 518 San Joaquin County Records, 100 feet; thence North N91 57{ hast and Baralle1 to the said South line, 70 feet; thence South 1 hast, 100 feet to aoint on the North line of Turner Road; thence South 89° 57' West. 70 feet alonz the North line of Turner Road, also a City boundary line, -to the point of beginning; the described parcel containing 0.16 acres, more or less. annexed to the City of Lodi by Council Ordinance No. 638, be and it is hereby declared to be withdrawn from the Woodbridge Rural County Fire Protection District.
