HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2210(1364 x 153 rig 37 R,r;SULUTIGN NO. 2210 DETERMINING THAT THE NAME CF CARLO COURT BE CHANGED TO CARLO WAY WHkREAS, the property owners on that certain street designated as "Carlo Court" on the official map entitled "Peirano Tract", filed March 8, 1950 in Volume 13, Page 56, Book of Maps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records, have peti- tioned the City Council of the City of Lodi that the name of said street be changed to "acr10 Way"; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Lodi recommends that the requested change be made; therefore BJ; IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lodi that the name of Carlo Court, as said street is designated on the official map entitled "Peirano Tract" be and the same is hereby changed to Carlo Way, 31 IT FURTHER RNSOLVFD, that a copy of this resolution, duly certified and sealed, be filed with the County Recorder of San Joaquin County to accomplish the purpose hereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be filed with the Surveyor of San Joaquin County and with the United States Post Office, Lodi, California.
