The original and one copy most be submitted to the California Disaster Office, P. 0. Box 110, Sacramento 1, California. If previous resolutions have been passed authorizing a surplus property representative, the following procedures are to be followed: 1. If you wish t o add a name: The resolution should show the name of the individual(s) previously authorized as well as the name of the person t o be added. 2. If you wish to delete a name: A paragraph must be added to the resolution stating all previous resolutions are hereby superseded and rescinded and the individual herein listed will be the only person authorized to sign for surplus property on behalf of your organization.
