That the City Council hereby authorizes the City Engineer to proceed with negotiations to obtain the required right-of-way for this easterly exten- sion xten- sion of Lodi Avenuej That the City Council go on record strongly in favor of a freeway grade separation for the extension of Lodi Avenue; and 3• That the Division or Highways be urged to authorize this grade separation in the initial construction of the freeway and that a copy of this resolution be sent to the State Highway Commission. Dated: December 3, 1958 I hereby certify that Gine foregoing resolution was duly and regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Lodi at a regular meeting thereof held December 3, 1958.
