HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2006-119RESOLUTION NO. 2006-119 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDED AND RESTATED PROJECT AGREEMENT NO. 5 FOR CITY OF LODI PARTICIPATION IN THE WESTTRANS OPEN ACCESS SAME TIME INFORMATION SYSTEM THROUGH THE TRANSMISSION AGENCY OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute Amended and Restated Project Agreement No. 5 for the City of Lodi participation in the Wes I 1 tans Open Access Same Time Information System (OASIS), through the Transmission Agency of Northern California (TANC) Commission.
