Home My WebLink AboutResolutions - No. 3107RESOLUTION NO. 3107 ADOPTIXG THE PREVAILING WAGE SCALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1770 OF THE STATE LABOR CODE RESOLVED, in accordance with Section 1770 of the Labor Code of the State of California, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does determine that the general prevailing rates of per diem wages paid in the City of Lodi are as shown on Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof. FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 3001 is hereby repealed.
