WHEREASM �"' , Superintendent of Streets
of the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California,
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Lodi on May 5, 1965
1, an assessment diagram covering and showing the real
property described in the assessment district set forth in
Resolution of Intention No. �731adopted by the City Council
of said City of Lodi on the 27th day of may , 19554 and
said assessment diagram appearing to be in a 11 respects cor-
rect and proper and in full confornity with the provisions
of Sections No. 534.1 and No. 5342 of the "Improvement Act
of 1911",
N0W, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California,
that said assessment diagram so prepared and filed as set forth,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to certify the fact and date of this approval and
immediately thereafter deliver the said assessment diagram to
