RESOLUTION 3F AWARD OF COUT RACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi did, in
open session, on the 1st day of June , 1995, publicly
open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for
doing the work and improvement described in Resolution of
Intention No. 2731 for the construction of Street Light Stan-
dards and necessary wires and conduits along a portion of
East Lodi Avenue in the City of Lodi, adopted on the
27th day of May , 196L+, which Resolution of Intention
is hereby expressly referred to for a description of said work
and improvement and for all particulars relative to the pro-
ceedings under said Resolution of Intention;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT 15 HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City
Council of the City of Lodi hereby rejects a 11 -of said pro-
posals or bids except that herein mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing said work and making said
improvements t o the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
Claude C. Wood Company
at the prices named in the bid. of said bidder on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Lodi.
The Clerk of the City of Lodi is hereby directed to
publish notice of said award in the "Lodi News -Sentinel", a
newspaper published and circulated in said City of Lodi, and
heretofore designated for that purpose by said City Council
of the City of Lodi.
