A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXAT7ON OF
CERTAIN U1tIMBARITED ?ERRITORY, DESIGNATED
"TETTELMAi( ADDITION," TO THE CITY OF LODI
RE 1? RESOLED by the City Council of the City of Lodi:
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the .annexation of
Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, a petition signed by all the
owners of certain uninhabited territory was filed with the Coun-
cil of the City of Lodi on larch 3, 1965, requesting annsxetionn
of sail territory to the City of Lodi; and
WHKRsls, on the 3rd day of March, 1965, the City Council
of tka :i ty of Lodi did pass and adopt Resolution No. 2798 giving
notice of the proposal to annex said uninhabited torr!tory to the
City of Codi, said territory being therein designated as "Kettslsan
Addition,* said Resolution describing the boundaries of tte terri-
tory ara;osei to be annexed; and
WHEREAS, said Res oluti ,n No. 2798 did contain a no tine of
the oar, hour and place when and where the Council of Lha City
would 7:Asar protests made by ar+ person ovrirg real property within
tine li.y of Lodi but not owning real property within the territory
proposed to be annexed, the time of said hearing being not more
than thirty days from the date of passage of said Resolution; and
WAS, said Resolution vas duly published in a=oardance
with law; and
WFEREAS, an thi 17th day of Marsh, 1965, at the hoar of
8x00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hal_ of the City
of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California, said time
and pace being the day, boar and place fixed in said Resolution
No. 2796 for hearing protests to the said annexation, the said
City Council did conduct said hearing and did determine that no
protests to said anneimttoa had been made; and

SAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Lodi,
and is uninhabited territory in the County of San :oain n;
NOW, '_" R$FORE, the said Council of the City of Lodi does
teeny aprrovs the annexation of the territory hereinafter des-
ert't+e1 to the :ity of Lodi, and does herety further resolve that
the gait territory be and is hereby annexed to the 'Lily of Lodi.
Thet said territory, the annexation or vtton to the Cit,
of Lodi is Herein approved, is all that territory situate in the
Co .nty of Sar Joaquin, State of California, sore particularly
described as follows:
1 portion of the Southwest Quarter of Send:r 7,
Township 3 North, Range 7 East, and a portion of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 12, TownZsh!p 3 forth, Range
6 East, !rousse: Diablo Base and Meridian, and sore particolarly
described as fellows:

point being also a corner of the existing City Limits;

the tract of land annexed to the City of Lodi as the_
'Freeway Addition,' described in City of Lodi Ori.'hazsce
No. 663, a distance of 305.18 feet, sere or loss, to the
Northeast corner of the parcel of land described in deed
to tta Stat. of California, recorded December 15, 1960,
in book a364 of Official Redonda, at pate o, San Joaquin
County Records; tisane ling the City Limit line,
