CER'i A M UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DTZ IONATED
"TALLEY ADDITION," TO THE CIT': OF LODI
3E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi:
W EREASs pursuant to the provisions of the "Annexation of
Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939," on the 3rd day of February,
1965, the City Council of the City of Lodi did pass and adopt
Resolution No. 2792 initiating proceedings for the annexation
to said City of Certain uninhabited territory owned by the City
of Lodi, giving notice of the proposal to annex said uninhabited
territory to the City of Lodi, said territory bairnq therein
designated as "Talley Addition," said Resolution describing the
boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed and giving
the reasons for the proposed annexation; and
W EREAS$ said Resolution Na 2792 did contain a notice of
the day, hour ana place when and where the Council Of the City
would hear protests rade by any person owning real property within
the City of Lodi, the time of said hearing being not more than
thirty days from the date of passage of said Resolution; and
SEAS, said Resolution No. 2792 was duly published in
accordance with lavj and
WEEREA.S, on the 17th day of February, 1965, at the hour of
8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City
of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California, said time
and place beiri; the dayhour and 'place fixed in said Resolution
No. 2792 for hearing protests to the said annexation, the said
City Council did conduct said hearing and did determine that no
protests to said annexation had been made; and
SAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of Lodi,
and is uni-ahabited territory in the County of San Joaquln;

NOW, THEREFORE,, the said Council of the City of Lodi does
hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter des-
cribed to the City of Lodi, and does hereby further resolve that
the said territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Lodi.
That said territory, the annexation of wtieh to the City
of Lodi is herein approved, is all that territory situate La the
County of San Joaquin, State of California, more particularly
described as fallows:
A portion of tha Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Town-
ship 3 North, lRange 6 East, Mount Daiblo Base and Meridian,
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of section 10, Town-
ship 3 North, Range 6 Fast, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian,
which point is also the Southeast corner of the parcel of
land annexed to the City of Lodi as the "Westdale Addition,"
as described in City of Lodi Ordinance :To. 719; thance
Sorth 890 12JI hest along the South line of said Westdale
Addition, being K1so an existing City Limit line, 355.45
feet to a point; thence South and parallel to said East line
of Section 10, a distance of 190.5 feet to a point on the
South line of Lot 5, Talley Tracc, as shown on a map filed
for record lugus 4 19, 1953, in Volute 13, page 162, Book
of ;Saps and Plats, San Joaquin County Records; thence South
890 12P East along the So:ath 1Lne of said Lot 5 and its
Easterly projection 355.45 feet to the point or' intersection
of the sans vith the East line of said Section 10; thence
Torth along said East line of Section 10 a distance of
190.5 feet to the point of beginning; the area thus des-
cribed containing 1.55 acres, more or less.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 2794 was duly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Lodi in regular meeting held February 17, 1965,
