That the City Council plan as a Regular Calendar item, on a future agenda, the determination on
how the cost of maintaining reversed frontage fences and landscaping on major streets will be
funded.

March 25, 1996.

APPROVED:
Conditionally approved the request of Baumbach & Piazza, on behalf of Angelo
Parisis, for approval of the tentative subdivision map of Parisis Subdivision, a 39 -
lot, 8.8 acre single-family residential project proposed for 249 E. Harney Lane
(i.e. APN 062-290-09).
Conditionally approved the request of Baumbach & Piazza, on behalf of J. Jeffrey
Kirst, for approval of the tentative subdivision map of Thayer Ranch, a 34 -lot,
8.71 acre single-family residential project proposed for 311 and 325 E. Harney
Lane (i.e. APN's 062-290-12 and 13).
Certified the filing of a Negative Declaration for the Thayer Ranch and Parisis
Subdivisions by the Community Development Director as adequate
documentation.
Set a public hearing for 7:30 p.m., Monday, April 8, 1996, to
consider the request of Plummer Pontiac, 1011 S. Cherokee Lane, for a General
Plan Amendment and Rezone of the rear .57 acre portion of the 3.45 acre parcel
from ER, Eastside Residential to GC, General Commercial and rezone the
property from R-1*, Single -Family, Eastside to C-2, General Commercial to
allow for construction of a 4,800 square foot body/detail shop on the newly zoned
property.
