RESOLUTION ENDOWIlVG THE APPLICATION CF THE PACIFIC
TFL FPH01*,E AND TEL I]C RAPFT CCKInW FOR AUTHORIZATION
TO ESTABLISH EXTENDED SERVICE IN THE LODI AREA
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Lodi hereby endorses the application of The Pacific Telephone
and Telegraph Company for authority to establish extended service
between, certain of its exchanges in the Lodi area of San Joaquin
County as is more particularly set forth in said Application
No 45803;
BE IT FURTM RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Lodi takes no official position as to what the rate changes
or charges should be in the event of the granting of the appli-
cation;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution be presented
and filed at the hearing to be held by the Public @tilitioe Can -
mission on Thursday, February 20, 1964 at lOt0Q a.m. in the Coun-
cil Chambers, City Hall, 221 West Pine Street, Lodi, California.
