RESOLUTION NO. 2646 ADOPTING THE PREVAILING WAGE SCALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1770 OF THE STATE LABOR CODE RESOLVED, in accordance with Section 1770 of the Labor Code of the State of California, that the City Council of the City of Lodi dues hereby determine that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages paid in City of Lod3 is shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part Thereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ttiat Resolution No. 2570 is Iwre0y repealed. Dated: august '/, 1963.
