LUTIONREQUESTING CALIFORNIA RIGHT, AY COMMISSION TO
MAKE A SUPPLFIVIWrAL ALLOCATION CIF $4,152.38 FROM
GRADE SEPARATION FUNDS
WhEREAS, the California Public Utilities Cou=i**ion on
December 21, 1959, by its Decision No. 59416, established the 1960
priority list of projects eligible for an allocation from the
85,000,040 Grade Separation Fund established by Section 190, Streets
and Highways Code; and
WHERE�5, the prujour, w4 'lurnar ti�aa c1,u Suutkierri Pacific
Railroad Tracks, Crossing D -104.1-B, was awarded priority No. 11
by said Decision; and
WHEREAS, the Ca11forx,ia flaenway UL)L Liss,wU uri ;wgust 23, 1y60
ulzocate�d $166,500 frum said Grade Crossing Fund toward this project;
and
WhEREAS, tk.e total project cost of $379,227.54 exceeds the
previuus estimated cost of $370,000 by $9,227.50;

mission be requested to make a supplemental allocation of $4,152.38
from the Grade Separation Fund towards the project on Turner Road
under the Southern Pacific Railroad in Lodi, California.
