with law and Elie order of this City Council, sealed bids were
received andublicly opened by the City Clerk of this City on
April 16, 1963, for the installation of the Lodi Avenue Storm
Drain as described in the specifications therefor approved by
this City Council on A*'ril 3, 1963; and
WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, ctieckea and tabul4ted
and a report thereof filed with the City Manager, the total bids
being as follows:

to W. M. Lyles Company for a total of $4,567.00.

the award made herein and that he accept the same and that the
unsuccessful bidders be notified of said award.
