OF THE CITY OF LODI TO VACATE x PORTION CF
LOCKEFORD ROAD EAST OF THE EAST FRONTAGE ROAD
BE IT RESULVkiD by the City Council of that City of Lodi
as follows:
Section 1. it is the intention of the City Council ui
the City of Lodi, acting in accordance with the provisions ui
Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California, to vacate, close, and abandon as public
street the following portion of street situated in tho City
of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in c.he Suutn line ui
Luukeford Road, S 85° 27'' E, and 60.23 feet from the
Northwest corner of the 14nd described in deed to
Claude C. Wood, recorded February 15, 19313 in Volume
607, page 201, San Joaquin County Records; thence
N 90 371 E, 60.23 feet to a point in the Nurth lin
of said Lockeford Road; thence S 85° 271 E, along
said North line of Lockeford Ruud to the Southeast
corner of the land described in deed to Claude C.
Wood Company, a corporation, recorded March 21, 1951,
Recorder*s Instrument No. 9204, San Joaquin Cou.uty
Records; thence S 4o j3' W, 60.00 feet to a point
in the South line of said Lockeford Road; thence
N d50 471' W, along said South line to the point of
beginning.
Reference is hereby made to a wap un file with the office of
the City Cleric of the City of Lodi for the particulars as to
the proposed vacation.

Section 2. NU11CJ 15 HEREBY GIVEN that tti.is City
Council does hereby fix WEDNESDAY, MAY 151 1963, at the
hour of 8:00 p,m. and the City Council Chambers, City Hall,
Lodi, Culifornia, as the time and place when and where all
persons interested in ur objecting to the vacation herein
proposed may appear before this City Council and be heard.
Section 3. Upun adoption of this resolution the Super-
intendent of Streets shall post, or cause to be posted, noti�
of such passage and of the time and place sets herein for
public hearing, .in accordance with and in time, form and
manner as pruscribci by law fur tk' vaoatiun ul' public streets.
Section 4. This raso.lutiun sh.11 be published one time
Ln (,fav' "Lodi New, Sentinel," a newspaper of general ciraulatiai
printed and published in the City of Lodi, said publication
to be completed at least fifteen days prior to said hearing.
Certified to be a full, true and correct copy
of Resolution No. 2614 passed and adopted by the
City Council of tt.e City of Lodi in regul-r i,ie:c:t:n6
