ADOPTING THE I'M AIL INQ WAGE SCALE IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION 1770 OF Ti STATE LABOR CODE
RESOLVED, in accordance with Section 1770 of the Labor
Code of the State of California, that the City Council of
the City of Lodi does hereby detexro,xne that the general pre-
vailing rate of per diem wages paid in the City of Lodi is
shown on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
BE IT FURTH= RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 2453 is
hereby repealed.
