AWARD - STREET MATERIALS
WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly Pub].,isheci in accordance
with law and the order of this City Council, sealed bids were
received and publicly opened by the City Clerk of this City on
April 17, 1962 for the purchase by the City of Lodi of Street
Materials as described in the specifications therefor approved
by this City Council on April 4, 1962; and
WHEREAS, only one bid was received, from Claude C. Wuud
Company, as f ul.l Ow.`,' :
