WHEREAS, in answer to notice, duly published in aocordd,nec
with law and the order of this City Council, sealed bids were
received and publicly opened by the City Clerk of this City
on April 2, 1962 for the painting of various buildings as
described in the notice to bidders approved by this City Council
on March 21, 1962; and
WHEREAS only one bid was received, 2'roru J. L
