uESULVED, by the City Council of the City of Lodi, urtdtfa' the
provisions ozUrdinanue No. 629, that there is herdby granted
to the owners wid lessees of the property(at the northwest
corner of Lane and Hutohina Stxeet)in the City of
Lodi an encroachment permit do authorize the erection of cancyies,
gasoline pumps, light poles, signs, and underground storage
tanks, which structures are appurtenant to a gasoline service
station, but exoluding buildings of any type, on the property
deecribed below which is within the Setback Line established of
Kettlemsn Lane by Ordinanoe No. 322 of the City of Lodi:

of an agreement by the owners and lessees to remove the structures
allowt�d by this permit at suoti tithe in tha future that the property
is required for the widening of said street and, furthermore,
that said removal w i 1 l be at no expanse to the City of Lodi or
to any State agency whioh may acquire said property.
