A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL, ADOPTED
PURSUANT TO SECTION 13.08.010 OF THE LODI MUNICIPAL
CODE, PROVIDING FOR AND ESTABLISHING RATES TO BE
CHARGED FOR WATER SERVICE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of Government Code Section 54354.5, a
Public Nearing was held on April 20, 2005, to consider adoption of a Resolution setting and
establishing an amended fee schedule for water service rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED by the Lodi City Council:
Section 1:

The schedule of water service rates for the City of Lodi shall be as shown as
Residential Rat Rate (per month): Present Rate
Single Family Unit (one bedroom) $ 18.24
(two bedrooms) $ 21.90
(three bedrooms) $ 26.26
(four bedrooms) $ 31.54
(five bedrooms) $ 37.85
(six bedrooms) $ 45.41
(seven bedrooms) $ 54.47
Multiple Family Unit (one bedroom)$ 15.66
(two bedrooms) $ 18.78
(three bedrooms) $ 22.53
+ 20% for ea. addl. bedroom

Note: Charges are total, includes 2.2% increases for infrastructure replacement charges.
The above are the most common examples of existing water rafes, all other rates, including
Discount, Outside City, City, and Miscellaneous water rates will also be raised 2,2%.
Section 2: The rates established by this Resolution shall be effective May 1, 2005, or
applied to the next full billing cycle following the effective date.
Section 3: M resolutions and parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith are repealed insofar
as such conflict may exist,
