HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2005-144RESOLUTION NO. 2005-144 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR THE MEADOWS TOWNHOMES CONDOMINIUM PROJECT, TRACT NO. 3421 WHEREAS, this project consists of the conversion of ten existing four -unit residential buildings located at 1901-1930 South Mills Avenue to condominium units, as shown on Exhibit A attached. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby approve the final map for The Meadows Townhomes Condominium Project, Tract No. 3421, located at 1901-1930 South Mills Avenue; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby directs the City Manager and City Clerk to sign the map on behalf of the City of Lodi.
