A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
RATIFYING THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF
GOVERNMENTS' 2005-06 ANNUAL FINANCIAL PLAN
WHEREAS, the the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) has approved
its Fiscal Year 2005-06 Budget by adopting Resolution No. R-05-30 as shown on Exhibit
A attached; and
WHEREAS, SJCOG is required to forward such Resolution to its member
governments for their review and ratification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Loth City Council hereby
ratifies the 2005-06 Annual Financial Ran for SJCOG as shown on Exhibit B attached.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 2005-125 was passed and adopted by the
Lodi City Council in a regular meeting held June 15, 2005, by the following vote:

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ADOPTION OF THE 2005-2006
ANNUAL MANUAL PLAN
FOR THE SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
WHEREAS, the SIM Joaquin Council of Governments is required by the Joint Power
Agreement to adopt a budget (Annual Financial Plan) annually, and
WHEREAS, the adopted budget is to be sent to the inember agencies for ratification.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the San Joaquin Council of Governments
adopts the FY 2005-2006 Annual Financial Plan and directs the Executive Director to transmit it
to the member agencies for ratification,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April 2005, by the following vote of the San
Joaquin Council of Governments, to wit:
AYES:
Councilman Chapman, Stockton; Vice -Mayor Giovanetti,
Stockton; Councilman Harris, Manteca; Councilman Haskin,
Escaion; Supervisor Mow, San Joaquin County; Councilman
Restuccia, Ripon; Councilman Griffith, Lathrop;
Supervisor Sieglock, San Joaquin County.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Bi1brey, Tracy; Councilman Hansen, Lodi.
