HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2005-122A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FINAL ENGINEER'S ANNUAL LEVY REPORT FOR THE LODI CONSOLIDATED LANDSCAPE MAWTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 2003-1, FISCAL YEAR 2005-06 The City Council of the City of Lodi (hereafter referred to as the "City Council") does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to the provisions of the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972, Part 2, Oivision 15 of the California Streets and Highways Code (commencing with Section 22500) (hereafter referred to as the "Act"), did by previous Resolution, order the Engineer, NBS Government Finance Group DBA NBS (hereafter referred to as "NBS"), to prepare and file a report in accordance with Chapter 1 Article 4 of the Act, commencing with Section 22565, in connection with the proposed levy and collection of assessments for the District known and designated as the Lodi Consolidated Landscape Maintenance District No, 2003-1 (hereafter referred to as the "District"), for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2005 and ending June 30, 2006; and WHEREAS, the Engineer has prepared and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Lodi and the City Clerk has presented to the City Council such report entitled "Final Engineer's Annual Levy Report, Lodi Consolidated Landscape Maintenance District No. 2003-1, Fiscal Year 2005-06" (hereafter referred to as the "Report"); and WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and reviewed the Report as presented, is satisfied with each and all of the items and documents as set forth therein, and finds that the levy has been spread in accordance with the special benefits received from the improvements, operation, maintenance, and services to be performed, as set forth in said Report. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE DISTRICT, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 That City Council hereby approves the Report as filed, Dated: June 15, 2005 I hereby certify that Resolution No. 2005-122 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held June 15, 2005, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS — Hansen, Hitchcock, Johnson, MounGe, and Mayor Beckman NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None SUSAN J.
