HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 82-12RESOLUTION NO. 82-12 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN PARCEL 1 AND PARCEL 3 OF WILLOW OAKS BUSINESS PARK, LO 3I, CALIFORNIA RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi that pursuant to Government Code Section 66412, the lot line adjustment between Parcel 1 and Parcel 3 of Willow Oaks Business Park (i.e. Assessors Parcel No. 049-020-15) as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof is hereby approved with the following conditions: 1. that public utility easements, as required by the various utility companies and the City of Lodi, be dedicated; and 2, that Parcel 1 be provided an access easement over the easterly 20 feet of Parcel 3. Dated: February 3, 1982 I hereby certify that Resolution No. 82-12 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held February 3, 1982 by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen - Hughes, Pinkerton, Murphy and McCarty Noes; Councilmen - None Absent: Councilmen - Katnich lxd�- ALICE M.
