SEWER CHARGES AND FEES
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Chapter 20, entitled, "Sewer"
of the City of Lodi which provides the method of establishing charges and fees
for sewer service, sewer connections, holding tank wastes and use of the storm
drain system; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide current and equable sewer
charges and fees;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi
that the fallowing sewer charges and fees be adopted:
