Home My WebLink AboutResolutions - No. 78-146RESOLUTION NO, 78-146 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN CITY RECORDS In accordance with Government Code Section 34090, the City Attorney has filed his written consent to the destruction of records hereinafter described; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI that: 1. The following City records are no longer required: Utility Department Requisitions Requisitions 13-101 through 13-444 9/1/70 - 6/30/71 Requisitions 13-001 through 13-422 for F.Y. 1972 2. The City Council finds that the City Attorney has given his written consent to the destruction of the records described in Paragraph I and the City Clerk is authorized to destroy the City records described in Paragraph 1. REIMCHE CITY CLERK 78-146 MEMORANDUM TO CITY CLERK FROM: UTILITY DIRECTOR DATE: OCTOBER 18, 1978 SUBJECT: DISPOSITION OF UTILITY REQUISITIONS This memorandum is written to request permission to dispose of Utility Department purchase requisitions 13-101 through 13-444 covering the period September 1, 1970 - June 30, 1971. Additional requisitions 13-001 through 13-422 for the fiscal year 1972 are also included with this request. This request is made due to the lack of filing space in existing Utility Department files and the realization that they no longer serve any useful purpose to the department.
