Home My WebLink AboutResolutions - No. 4427RESOLUTION NO. 4427 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GIFT OF CERTAIN CITY RECORDS TO SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY FOR PERMANENT STORAGE AND DISPLAY AT THE SAN JOAQUIN HISTORICAL MUSEUM. WHEREAS, the City Attorney has given his written consent to the gift of certain City records to San Joaquin County, a political subdivision of the State of California, for permanent storage and display at the Sazz Joaquin County Historical Museum. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi concurs in the judgment of the City Attorney in regard to the gift of said records; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby authorize the gift of certain City records as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof to San Joaquin County, a political subdivision of the State of California for permanent storage and display at the San Joaquin County Historical Museum.
