RESOLUTION DIRECTING ASSESSMENT TO BE
PREPARED AND SIGNED BY THE CITY ENGINEER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi did on the
17th day of November , 1976 , pass its Resolution of Intention
No. 4283 for the work and improvement to be made and done pur-
suant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi desires that
any assessment hereafter to be made for the assessment of the
distribution of the costs thereof upon the lands benefited thereby,
shall be made and signed by the City Engineer of the Gity of Lodi;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Gity
Council of the City of Lodi, that any assessment hereafter made
distributing the costs of the work described in Resolution of
Intention No. 4283 , of this Body, upon the property benefited
thereby, shall be made and signed by the Gity Engineer of the
City of Lodi.
Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of
Resolution No. 4295 as passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meeting
held Wednesday, December 8, 1976,
