RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Lodi.
County of San Joaquin, State of California., did on the 4th day of
October 1976 file with the City Clerk of said City of Lodi, an
assessment to represent the cost and expense of the work and improve-
ment done and made by Ferrero Electric, Inc. . contractor,
pursuant to proceedings had and taken by said City C,3uncil, under and
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 4186 and adopteci the 7th day
of April 1976 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of said City of Lodi has duly given
notice by publication, and mailing in the time and manner provided by
law of the filing of said assessment and of the time set for hearing
thereon, which tirne was fixed in said notices as the 3rd day of November
1976, at the meeting place of said City Council located in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, Lodi, California; and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has received evidence oral and
documentary concerning said assessment and the proper completion of the
work and improvement for which the same is issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin State of California,
that the said assessment and the diag:ram and warrant attached thereto,
tide proceedings leading up to the same and all acts and determinations
of all officers of the City of Lodi in relation thereto be and the same
are hereby ratified and confirmed, and the Superintendent of Streets is
hereby ordered to deliver said warrant, assessment and diagram to the
Contractor, forthwith upon the payment by him of the incidental expenses
due thereon.

This is to certify that Resolution No. 4272 was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meeting held
November 3, 1976 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - Ehrhardt, Katnich, Katzakian, Pinkerton
and Hughes
Noes: Councilmen - None
Absent: Councilmen None
