A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN CITY CLERK RECORDS.
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has given his written consent
to the destruction of certain records in the office of the City Clerk;
and
WHEREAS, this City Council concurs in the judgment of
the City Attorney in regard to the destruction of said records;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance
with Section 34090 of the Government Code of the State of California,
the office of the City Clerk be and the same is hereby authorized to
destroy those records as listed on "Exhibit A" attached and thereby
made a part hereof, all of which records are more than 2 years old.
