RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
WHEREAS, Jack L. Ronsko, Superintendent of Streets of the
City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California, filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Lodi. on April 7, 1976, an assessment diagram
covering and showing the real property described in the assessment
district set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 4 186 adopted by the City
Council of said City of Lodi on the 7th day of April 1976, and said
assessment diagram appearing to be in all respects correct and proper
and in full conformity with the provisions of Section No. 5341 and No,
5342 of the "Improvement Act of 19 11",
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California,
that said assessment diagram so prepared and filed as set forth, be and
the same is hereby apprdved, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
certify the fact and date of this approval and immediately thereafter de-
liver the said assessment diagram to Jack L. Ronsko, Superintendent of
Streets, who shall proceed to prepare and file an assessment in the time,
form and manner provided by law.
Certified to be a full, true and correct copy of Resolution No.
42 06 as passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Lodi in regular meeting held Wednesday, June 2, 1976 by the
following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - Ehrhardt, Katzakian, Pinkerton and
Hughes
Noes: Councilmen - None
