RESOLUTION AND ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LODI DESIGNATING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES AND
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF PRECINCT BOARD FOR GENERAL
MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, MARCH 2,
1976 AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH LIST OF
ELECTION OFFICERS AND POLLING PLACES AND NOTICE OF
NOMINEES FOR PUBLIC OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi;
( 1) That for the conduct of the General Municipal Election to be held in
said City on March 2, 1976, the City of Lodi shall be divided into fifteen
consolidated precincts and the regular State and County election precincts
into which said City is divided for General State and County election pur-
poses are hereby consolidated as hereinafter provided, to wit: The
precincts hereinafter designated by numbers are the regular election pre-
cincts as now established of record by the Board of Supervisors of San
Joaquin County, State of California, for General State and County Election
purposes in said City, and the consolidated precincts hereinafter designated
by numbers consist of one or more of said regular election precincts so
numbered and designated for General Election purposes in said City by said
Board of Supervisors of San Joaquin County.
Said consolidated precincts and the polling places therein and the election
officers appointed to conduct said election thereat shall be as follows:

(2) The Polls at said election shall be open between the hours of 7:00 o'clock
a. m. and 8:00 o'clock p. m. (D. S. T. ) of said day of election (except as
provided in Section 14436 of the Elections Code).
(3) The officers to be elected at said General Municipal Election shall be
two (2) Councilmen for the full term of four years each.
(4) There are no Measures to be voted on at said General Municipal Election.
(5) The compensation of each of the election officers hereby appointed, and
in full, therefor, is hereby fixed as follows: $34. 50 to each Inspector and
$3 1. 50 to each Judge and $31.50 to each Clerk.
(6) The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish in the Lodi News Sentinel,
the official newspaper of said City, in the time, form and manner required
by law, a list of election officers and polling places and a notice of nominees
for public office.

adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in an
adjourned regular meeting held January 28, 1976 by the
