RESOLUTION NO. 4153
APPROVINGCONVEYANCEOF PROPERTY
IN ENGLISH OAKS MANOR, UNIT NO. 2
WHEREAS, a portion of the street shown as Arundel Court on the
map of English Oaks Manor, Unit No. 2, or more particularly hereinafter
described is not needed for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi has determined that
it is in the best interest of all parties that said hereinafter described
parcel be conveyed to the present owners of the abutting property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lodi that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Lodi execute
and deliver this City's deed to Grupe Development Company, P. O. Box
7576, Stockton, California 95207 covering that property situate in the
City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows:
A portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township
3 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian,
City of Lodi, San Joaquin County, California; also being a
portion of Parcel 1 as shown on Record of Survey filed in
Book 19 of Surveys, at page 150, San Joaquin County Records,
and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 14, Township 3 North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo
Base and Meridian, thence run along the North line of said

Southwest Quarter, North 89 12' West, 721. 80 feet, thence
South 10 03' 35" East, 806. 93 feet, thence South 89" 20' 15"
East, 200, 00 feet; thence South 17" 39' 01" East, 242. 05 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence North 17" 39' 01" West,
14.84 feet; thence run along a curve to the right, having a
radius of 50 feet, a central angle of 30` 07' 41". an arc length
of 26. 29 feet and a chord which bears South 70' 30' 11" East,
25.99 feet; thence run along a curve to the left, having a
radius of 210 feet, a central angle of 2` 53' 4511, an arc length
of 10.61 feet, and a chord which bears South 56' 53' 13" East,
10.61 feet; thence North 89' 20' 15" West, 28. 89 feet to the true
point of beginning and containing 0. 006 Acres (265. S. F. ) more
or less.
