HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 4153/.5-3� RESOLUTION NO. 4153 APPROVINGCONVEYANCEOF PROPERTY IN ENGLISH OAKS MANOR, UNIT NO. 2 WHEREAS, a portion of the street shown as Arundel Court on the map of English Oaks Manor, Unit No. 2, or more particularly hereinafter described is not needed for street purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi has determined that it is in the best interest of all parties that said hereinafter described parcel be conveyed to the present owners of the abutting property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi that the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of Lodi execute and deliver this City's deed to Grupe Development Company, P. O.
