HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 4109RESOLUTION NO. 4109 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FINANCE DEPARTMENT RECORDS WHEREAS, the City Attorney has given his written consent to the destruction of certain records in the City of Lodi Finance Depart- ment: and WHEREAS, this City Council concurs in the judgment of the City Attorney in regard to the destruction of said records; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with Section 34090 of the Government Code of the State of California, the City of Lodi Finance Department be and the same is hereby authorized to destroy records as shown on Exhibit "A" attached.
