RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT
Willow Avenue Sanitary Sewer Assessment District
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Lodi,
County of San Joaquin, State of California, did on the 17th day of
July 1974 file with the City Clerk of said City of Lodi, an
asszssment to represent the cost and expense of the wsrk and improve-
ment done and made by William Burkhardt , contractsr,
pursuant to proceedings had and taken by said City CDuncil, under and
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3884 and adopted the ZOth day
Of February 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of said City of Lodi has duly given
notice by publication, and mailing in the time and manner provided by
law of the filing of said assessment and of the time set for hearing
thereon, which time was fixed in said notices as the 21st day of
August 1974, at the meeting place of said City Council located in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, Lodi, California; and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has received evidence oral and
documentary concerning said assessment and the proper completion of the
work and improvement for which the same is issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Lodi, Caunty of San Jsaquin State of California,
that the said assessment and the diagram and warrant attached thereto,
the proceedings leading up to the same and all acts and determinations
of all officers of the City of Lodi in relation thereto be and the same
are hereby ratified and csnfirmed, and the Superintendent of Streets is
hereby ordered to deliver said warrant, assessment and diagram to the
Csntractor, forthwith upon the payment by him of the incidental expenses
due thereon.

This is to certify that Resolutisn Ns. 3969 was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meeting held
August 2 1, 1974 by the following vote:
