ASSURING THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF PARKS
AND RECREATION THAT NO EXISTING EASEMENTS
ENCUMBERING THE LANDS ACQUIRED FOR THE LODI
LAKE PARK EXPANSION WILL CONFLICT WITH
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES OR USES.
WHEREAS, the City of Lodi has acquired all parcels of real property
called for by the expansion of Lodi Lake Park Project LWCF 006-00275
and State Grant No. 839-202.
WHEREAS, the California Department of Parks and Recreation
requires assurance that there are no existing easements encumbering the
lands acquired for said project that will conflict with recreational facilities
or uses.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lodi that the California Department of Parks and Recreation is
hereby assured that there are no existing easements encumbering the lands
acquired under Lodi Lake Acquisition LWCF H06-00275, State Grant
No. 829-z 02 that will conflict with recreational facilities or uses.

and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in
regular meeting held April 17, 1974 by the following
