HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 3903RESOLUTION NO. 3903 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Lodi. County of San Joaquin, State of California, did on the 14th day of March 1974 file with the City Clerk of said City of Lodi, an asszssment to represent the cost and expense of the w,)rk and improve- ment done and made by Graffigna Electric , contractsr, pursuant to proceedings had and taken by said City Council, under and pursuant to Res,)lution of Intentisn No. 3825 and adopted the 19th day of September 1974 ; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk of said City of Lodi has duly given notice by publication, and mailing in the time and manner provided by law of the filing of said assessment and of the time set for hearing thereon, which time was fixed in said notices as the 3rd day of April 1974., at the meeting place of said City Council located in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Lodi, California; and WHEREAS, the said City Council has received evidence oral and documentary concerning said assessment and the proper completion of the work and improvement for which the same is issued; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin State of California, that the said assessment and the diagram and warrant attached thereto, the proceedings leading up to the same and all acts and determinations of all officers of the City of Lodi in relation thereto be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed, and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered to deliver said warrant, assessment and diagram to the Cintractor, forthwith upon the payment by him of the incidental expenses due thereon. Dated: April 3, 1974 This is to certify that Resolution NJ. 3903 was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in regular meeting held April 3, 1974 by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen - Ehrhardt, Hughes, Katnich, Schaffer, and Pinkerton Noes: Councilmen - None Absent: C.)uncilrnen - None F-22 Alice M.
