HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 3862RESOLUTION O. 3862 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION BY THE CITY MANAGER OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LODI AND THE CALIFORNIA COUNCIL ON CRIMINAL JUSTICE TO CHANCE THE DURATION OF THE CALIFORNIA COUNCIL ON CRIMINAL JTTSTICE PROJECT FROM NOVEMBER 1, 1972 TO OCTOBER 31, 1973 TO NOVEMBER 1, 1974 TO NOV- EMBER 30, 1973, FOR AN EXTENSION OF THE TRAVEL PORTION ONLY, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager of the City of Lodi be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute said amendment to Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Lodi. The Contractor agrees to indemnify, defend and, save harmless the State, its officers, agents. and employees from any and all claims and losses accruing or resulting to any and all contractors, subcontractors, materiaimen, laborers and any other person, firm or cor ooration fuK wishing or supplying work, services, materials. or supplies in connection with the performance of this contract, and from any and all clairais and losses accruing or resulting to any person, firm or corporation who may be injured or damaged by the Contractor in the performance of this contract. 2.
