on the 2nd day of January 1974 , publicly open, examine and declare
all sealed proposals or bids for doing the worn and improvement described in
Resolution of Intention No. 3825 for the construction of Street Light Standards
and necessary wires and conduits along a portion of West Locust Street
in the City of Lodi, adopted on the 19th day of September , 1973 , which
Resolution of Intention is hereby expressly referred to for a description of said
work and improvement and for all particulars relative to the proceedings under
said Resolution of Intention;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Lodi hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except haat herein
mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said
improvements co the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
GRA.FFIGNA. ELECTRIC
at the prices named in the bid of said bidder can file in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Lodi.
The Clerk of the City of Lodi is hereby directed to publish notice of
said award in the ''Lodi News -Sentinel," a newspaper published and circulated
in said City of Lodi, and heretofore designated for that purpose by said City
Council of the City of Lodi.

by the City Council of the City of Lodi in regular session held
January L, 1974 by the fotlowing vote:
