WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi has received the Report of the
Chief Building Inspector of the City of Lodi regarding the demolition and removal of
o building at 3241 Louie Avenue, Lodi, CA; and
WHEREAS, the Report of said Chief Building Inspector and the records and
findings in this matter show that all procedural requirements under the provisions of
Chapter 5, Section 5-50, et seq., of the Lodi City Code have been complied with
and it further appears that notice of the time and place of the hearing of these pro-
ceedings to fix the assessment of the cost for the removal for said building situate on
the real property more particularly hereinafter described have been published, mailed,
and posted in compliance with the requirements of said Chapter 5; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed in Resolution No. 3835, no person appeared
to object to said report and said report being in all respects true and correct;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi as
follows:
1. That the Report by the Chief Building Inspector regarding demolition of the
building situate at 324 Louie Avenue, Lodi, CA be and is the same as hereby approved.
2. That the total cost of the work done as shown in
$489.32 which cost is hereby confirmed and shall constitute
the property more particularly hereinafter described.
3. That said assessment hereby constitutes a lien on said property and shall continue
until pod and, further, shall be upon a parity with the lien of State, County, and
City taxes.

4. That in the event that said assessment and lien is not paid within 30 days
from this date, then the Director of Finance shall cause the amount of such assessment
in the amount of $489.32 to be entered on the assessment roll against said hereinafter
described real property and the amount thereof shall be collected together with all
other taxes thereon.
5. That the City Council of the City of Lodi finds that all procedural require-
ments set forth in Chapter 5, Section 5-50, et seq., of the Lodi City Code have
been complied with.
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED that the property subject to the assessment upon which
the lien is created as foresaid is commonly known as 324), Louie Avenue and is more
particularly described as being in 'the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of
California described as follows:
The South 50 feet of Tract No. 16, Map of Froehnert Subdivision, Lodi, CA
according to the Officicd Map or Plat thereof, filed for record April 1, 1937
in Book of Maps and Plats, Vol. 11, page 25, San Joaquin County Records.
(Measured by a line drawn parallel to the South line of Lot 47.)
