RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING REPORT
OF THE CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR AND SETTING ASSESSMENT
FOR PROPERTY AT 324i LOUIE AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lodi has received the Report of the
Chief Building Inspector of the City of Lodi regarding the demolition and removal of
a building at 32114 Louie Avenue; and
WHEREAS, The City Council is desirous of fixing a time when said Report may
be heard and objections or protests thereto raised and filed by the owners of said
property and any other interested persons;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi
that Wednesday, November 7, 1973 at the hour of 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as
said matter can be heard at the Chambers of the City Council of the City of Lodi
be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place when Cathy White and Judy
Tobias (Sukut) and Matilda Pacesas (Cary) or any other interested person may file any
objections of protests to the aforesaid report filed by the Chief Building Inspector.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the property from which this structure has been
removed is commonly known as 324;- Louie Avenue and is situate upon that real property
situate in the City of Lodi, County of San Joaquin, State of California described as
fol lows:
The South 50 feet of Lot 47 of Tract No. 16, Map of Froeknert Subdivision,
Lodi, California!, according to the Official Map or Plat thereof, filed for
record April 1, 1937 in Book of Maps and Plats, Vol. 11, page 25, San Joaquin
County Records. (Measured by a line drawn parallel to the South line of
Lot 47.)
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this notice be posted upon the real
property, served upon the persons entitled to notice pursuant to Section 5.55 of the
Lodi City Code and be it further ordered that a copy of this notice be published
once at least ten days prior to the date herein set for the hearing; said publication
to be in the "Lodi News -Sentinel," a newspaper of general circulation published and
circulated within the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that at said meeting the Council shall hear and pass
upon the Report of the Chief Building Inspector of the City of Lodi, hearing objections
or protests thereto and shall thereafter confirm said report and fix and establish the
amount due as an assessment and lien against the above described real property.
