AWARD - COMPACT AUTOMOBILE
WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with
law and the order of this City Council, sealed bids were received and
publicly opened by the City Clerk of this City on October 15, 1973 for a
compact automobile as described in the specifications therefor approved by
the City Council on October 3, 1973; and
WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked and tabulated
and a report thereof filed with the City Manager as follows:

Sanborn Chevrolet, Inc. $ 2. 505. 87
Geweke Ford Z, 635. 11
Weil Motors 2, 801, 13
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that award be made to
the tow bidder, Sanborn Chevrolet, Inc,;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lodi that award of contract for the furnishing of the compact automobile
be and the same is hereby made to Sanborn Chevrolet, Inc. fax a total amount
of $2, 505, 87.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 3821 was passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular
meeting held October 17, 1973 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen - Ehrhardt, Katnich, Schaffer
and Hughes
Noes: Councilmen - None
Absent: Councilmen - Pinkerton
