HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 3751RESOLUTION NO. 3751 RESOLUTION ADOPTING GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970 WHEREAS, the California State Supreme Court has determined in the case of "The Friends of Mammoth et al. vs, Board of Supervisors of Mono County" that private projects requiring governmental action must conform to the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970; and WHEREAS, in February, 1973, the Secretary of the Resources Agency of the State of California submitted ''Guidelines for the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970'' to local public agencies for modification and adoption as directed by the State Legislature and Governor in December 197?; and WHEREAS, said "Guidelines" have been modified so as to meet the local municipal situation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi that the ''Guidelines for the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970" as modified by and on file with the Planning Director of the City of Lodi, Room 201, City Hall, Lodi, California, be adopted.
