ADOPTING THE PREVAILING WACE SCALE IN AC700RDANCE
WITH SECTION 1770 OF THE STATE LABOR cODE BY THE
CITY OF LODI
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi, in accordance with
Section 1770 et seq. of the Labor Code of the State of California, determines that
the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for each craft, classification, or
type of workman needed to execute Public Works contracts to be performed for the
City of Lodi is as follows:
