RESOLUTION NO. 3538
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR STREET LIGHT CON-
STRUCTION ON THE CAPELL MANOR STREET LIGHTING
DISTRICT BY THE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR
RESOLVED, that all special assessments for street light construction
in the Capell Manor Street Lighting District which remain unpaid at the time
of the adoption of this resolution shall be forwarded to the San Joaquin County
Tax Collector with the request for their inclusion on the 1971-72 property tax
rolla in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18. 1 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California.
The description of the property to be assessed and the amount of the
assessment together with interest thereon from the date of filing the original
list of unpaid assessments and at the rate of one per cent (1%) per month to the
next succeeding thirty-first day of December of the tax year for which such roll
is being prepared, all as provided in Section 5451 of said Streets and Highways
Code, is contained in a list hereto appended and made a part of this resolution.

adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in regular
meeting held August 4, 1971 by the following vote:
