WITHDRAWING CERTAIN PROPERTY ANNEXED TO
THE CITY OF LODI FROM THE WOODBRIDGE RURAL
COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, this City Council did by Resolution No. 3418,
effective September 16, 1970, approve the annexation of that certain
real property, contiguous to the City of Lodi, designated as "J. J.
Bryant Addition";
WHEREAS, there is on file in the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Lodi the Certificate of the Secretary of State of the
State of California, executed by said Secretary of State on September
25, 1970, referring to said Resolution No. 3418, and the annexation
of the real property described therein; and
WHEREAS, the affidavit of the City Clerk of the City of
Ladi certifying to the annexation of said "J. J. Bryant Addition"
in accordance with law was filed with the County Recorder of San
Joaquin County on October 16, 1970; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of this City Council that that
portion of said property designated as "J. J. Bryant Addition"
which lies within the Woodbridge Rural County Fire Protection
District be withdrawn from said District, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lodi
a s follows:
That certain real property, lying within the said "J. J.
Bryant Addition" and particularly described as follows, to wit:
A portion of the Northeast one-quarter (NE 114) of Section
thirteen (13) North, Range six (6) East, Mount Diablo
Base and Meridian, and more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of Kettleman
Lane and a point lying 130.00 feet East of the west line
of the east one-half of Lot 10 of A. J. Larson's Subdivision
of Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 6 East, Mount
Diablo Base and Meridian, according to the Official Map
thereof filed in Vol. 2 of Maps, page 4, San Joaquin
County Records; thence Northerly, parallel with said
west line of east one-half of Lot 10 and its northerly
projection, 50. 00 feet to the North line of said Kettleman
Lane, said point being also in the south line of the Academy
Addition, as annexed to the City of Lodi by Ordinance
No. 229, January 4, 1937; thence South 87' 06' West
along said North line of Kettleman Lane, 195.00 feet;
thence South and parallel with said northerly projection
and west line of the east one-half of said Lot 10, a distance
Of 170.00 feet; thence North 87" 061 East, 65. 00 feet:
thence Southerly along the west line of the east one-half
of said Lot 10, a distance of 105.00 feet to the south

line of the north 250 feet of the west one-half of the east
- one-half of said Lot 10; thence Easterly along said south
line, 123.75 feet; thence Northerly, parallel with the
west line of the east one-half of said Lot 10 a distance
of 50. 00 feet; thence North 87' 06` East, 6.25 feet;
thence Northerly and parallel with the west line of the
east one-half of said Lot 10, a distance of 175.00 feet
to the point of beginning. containing 1.07 acres, more
or less,
annexed to the City of Lodi by Council Resolution No. 3418, be
and it is hereby declared to be withdrawn from the Woodbridge
Rural County Fire Protection District.

CERTIFIED to be a full, true and correct copy of Resolution
No. 3426 passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Lodi in regular meeting held October 7, 1970 by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Ehrhardt, Hughes, Katnich, Kirsten,
and Schaffer
NOES: Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilman - None
