HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2003-188• :►ALLBIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE� WbI UNI F150 SCHOOLDISTRICT COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS FUELING STATION WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law and the order of this City Council, sealed bids were received and publicly opened on September 24, 2003, at 11:00 a.m. for the Construction of the Lodi Unified School District Compressed Natural Gas Fueling Station, described in the specific tions therefore approved by the City Council on August 20, 2003; and WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked, and tabulated and a report thereof filed with the City Manager as fellows: Location Bid GasEquipment Systems, Inc. Chino Hills tion-respom Performance. Mechanical, Inc. Sacramento $20$9463.00 Allsup Corporation Upland, GA $262,391.00 WHEREAS, following the bid opening, it was discovered that a required authorization from Caltrans was not received prior to bidding the prefect, and therefore staff recommends that the City Council reject all of the bids for the Construction of the Lodi Unified School District Compressed Natural Gas Fueling Station. NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council hereby rejects all bids for the Construction of the Lodi unified School District Compressed Natural Gas Fueling Station.
