A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING THE CITY OF LODI ANNUAL INVESTMENT
POLICY AND INTERNAL CONTROL GUIDELINES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lodi
has reviewed and hereby approves the City of Lodi Annual investment Policy and
Internal Control Guidelines, which shall be effective this date.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 2003-180 was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held October 1, 2003, by the
following vote:
