A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
AWARDING THE BID FOR THE ASBESTOS
ABATEMENT CONTRACT AT 100 EAST PINE STREET
WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law and the order of
this City Council sealed bids were received and publicly opened on May 20, 2002, at 11:00 a.m.
for the Asbestos Abatement Contract at 100 East Pine Street, described in the specifications
therefore previously approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked, and tabulated and a report
thereof filed with the City Manager as follows:

Engineer's Estimate Location $55.000.00
RB Construction Fremont $12,670.00
Brunna Enterprises Fresno $19,000.00
West Coast Environmental Rancho Cordova $19,710.00
Professional Asbestos Removal Fresno $21,752.00
Consolidated Western Contractors Sacramento $30,800.00
APC Contractors Fresno $31,113.00
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends award of the bid for Asbestos Abatement
Contract at 100 East Pine Street, be made to the low bidder, RB Construction, of Fremont,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lodi City Council that the award of the
bid for the Asbestos Abatement Contract at 100 East Pine Street, be made to the low bidder,
RB Construction, of Fremont, California, in the amount of $12,670.00.

I hereby certify that Resolution No. 2002-111 was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Lodi in a special meeting held May 21, 2002, by the following vote:
